Doug has more than thirty-five years of highly successful business leadership; twenty working as a senior executive for a Fortune 50 organization in Sales Management, Marketing Management, Franchise Leadership, Business Development and Commercial Business Model Innovation and fifteen years as an entrepreneur skilled in building successful companies.
He has worked as a consultant for numerous start-ups as well as large corporations helping them with their business model and marketing Doug's extensive experience in designing, building and developing innovative business models inspired him to create a unique kind of company in the fast growing youth and high school sports industry His passion for sports and the desire to help athletes thrive was the inspiration for Destination Athletes, the nation's most comprehensive athlete focused team dealer.
As the Destination Athlete franchise continued to expand, Doug recognized that the industry was lacking a focus on holistic development. The need for a more all-inclusive approach to athlete services spawned the creation of 360 DEVELOPMENT", a holistic, customizable development program for teams and organizations with focus on 360 Degrees of Culture to develop leadership, communication, resiliency, and collaboration skills to build an effective team.
Doug's vision to reshape the youth sports market has caught the attention of many. He has been featured in editorials such as Insights Success, Mirror Review, Forbes, Entrepreneur Seek Business Capital, and Dynamic Entrepreneurs of the 21st Century book. He has also been ranked among the Top 500 Franchises in the world for six years in a row by Entrepreneur magazine.
A former collegiate athlete, Doug embraces community as an active Elks Member; SAR Member (Sons of the American Revolution). Most recently Doug was selected to the Forbes New York Business Council.
Jim Stagnitta

Jim has been a college and professional coach for 32 years serving as a head coach for 28 of those years. He has coached at the Division 1 and 3 levels and has served as Head Coach of the Charlotte Hounds and Denver Outlaws of Major League Lacrosse and currently as Head Coach of PLL Whipsnakes. He has a proven record in turning around struggling programs and creating winning cultures. His approach to leadership and culture development is grounded in the successes and failures he experienced beginning at the age of 27 when (at the time) he was the youngest head college lacrosse coach in the country.
He specializes in helping teams, organizations and leaders to understand culture, create deliberate cultures and lead in a way that is both inspirational and sustainable. Jims experience in leading in high expectation and high stress situations with ever-changing personnel provides insights that have proven valuable to his clients in the athletic and corporate world alike.
Since he left college coaching in 2015 he has worked as a Leadership Consultant for 360 DEVELOPMENT™ and currently services corporations and organizations through his own company The MVP Development Group. His client list includes, professional and college teams, corporations, organizations and secondary schools. Jim is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
