All items are custom- no exchanges, refunds or cancellations on processed orders are permitted. For manufacturer defect of new, unused merchandise, please

contact us at the number below for a potential exchange. After communicating with our Customer Care team, send the package via UPS or through the United States Postal Service to the address indicated on the packing slip. Defect exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow at least ten business days for defect returns to be processed.

 

We reserve the right to charge full price on items that require a re-order due to incorrect information received at the time of order.
